TM Official Search Services uses a portal system that is easy to understand and very user friendly. However, if you need any extra support, we will be happy to help at any time.

The TM Helpdesk, based at our head office in Swindon is available to help you at any time from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The team are all experienced in ordering and managing searches and very familiar with the issues that can cause problems for you.

They will proactively manage as much on your behalf as possible to reduce any impact on your daily workload.
