TM Official Search Services uses a portal system you are familiar with but if you need any extra support, we will be happy to help.

Training

TM's account managers will help you get going and will be available to answer any questions you have.

We have detailed knowledge of conveyancing practices and processes and can tailor the implementation to suit your needs.

Helpdesk

Based at our head office TM Helpdesk is available from 8.30am to 5.30pm. The team will support you and proactively manage as much on your behalf as possible to reduce any impact on your daily workload.
